What Did iHeart Propose To The Debt Holders?
As part of the 8K filing, it was revealed that, on June 22, the iHeartMedia debt holders offered an interest rate cut of "To Be Determined" and extend the maturity by a year to 2020. They also wanted to be assured their investments would be paid back if iHeartMedia failed to pay some of its unsecured bonds, including those due in 2018. On Monday, iHeart sent debt holders a counter. The company wanted the interest rate cut by 75 basis points and a one year extension.
iHeart May End Talks With Debt Holders
In an 8K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday, iHeartMedia said there is a "significant gap" in the negotiations between the company and debt holders, including those debt holders iHeart recently won a court case against, in finding alternatives to iHeart's existing senior secured debt and that iHeart is now "assessing whether it will continue discussions."
iHeart Host Awarded $75K From Wisconsin
Dominic Salvia co-hosts a show called Devil's Advocate, with Mike Crute in iHeart's The Mic (92.1) in Madison, WI. JSonline has the details about the $75,000 taxpayers will have to fork over to the host after his arrest three years ago. Salvia's settlement with Attorney General Brad Schimel and Gov. Scott Walker was reached after the host accused the government of violating his free speech.
CBS Hartford Host In Social Media Hot Water

According to The Hartford Courant, Craig was walking around the Latino Fest on the riverfront when he recorded himself saying some things that offended city officials.

50,000-watt KTRB, which now carries ESPN Deportes, covers the San Francisco metro and includes the embedded metros of San Jose, Sacramento, and Modesto, will become News Talk 860 AM The Answer over the 4th of July weekend. Salem will operate the station through an LMA with Susan Uecker.
