The IRS employee on a different line takes a call from a taxpayer while on hold with Howard. The Stern Show picks up, hears the IRS employee talking with the taxpayer and puts the conversation on the air live. The law school question is … in how many ways might the Howard Stern Show be civilly and criminally liable?

Cumulus has again extended the early tender date for its private exchange offer for all 7.75% senior notes due 2019. The last old date was February 13. The new date is March 6. The previous deadline was January 23 and there were two others before that.
