Westwood One is partnering with Live Nation to present an exclusive summer series of podcasts called On Tour with Live Nation, that will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the hottest concerts and festivals to hit the music scene this summer. Two other podcasts -- Geekscape and Kickin' It With Kix -- are also being rolled out.

Direct access to concert and festival listings from AXS and Eventbrite, embedded within Spotify, gives those fans fast purchase access. This expands the company’s venue offerings to hundreds around the globe.

ASCAP, YouTube Sign New Deal

It's a multi-year deal for U.S. public performance rights and data collaboration between the two companies. While details were not disclosed, ASCAP stated, "The mutual goal of this agreement is to work together to ensure that ASCAP members get paid more fairly and accurately for the use of their music on YouTube."

If listeners have the paid services iHeartRadio Plus and iHeartRadio All Access, they are now live on Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Listeners can now save and replay songs from their favorite radio stations, access songs on-demand, and listen offline, while in the car. Drivers can replay songs and save songs directly to their on-demand library.
