Audacy received a Public Education Lifesaver Award from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for their “I’m Listening: Talk Saves Lives” program and continued support of mental health.
“I’m Listening” seeks to provide useful resources to individuals in need of support, healing, and a platform to share their personal experiences. It aims to promote awareness and remind people struggling with mental health challenges that they are not alone.
The award was presented during AFSP’s annual gala in New York, which honors those who have made significant contributions to suicide prevention and mental health awareness. The award was presented by former NFL player Tiki Barber and accepted by Audacy COO Susan Larkin. Actor and mental health advocate Ashley Judd was also honored at the event.
