
Kalil & Co. EVP Todd Hartman and NBCUniversal Local chairman Valari Dobson Staab have been appointed to the board of directors of the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation, joining 28 other directors and industry leaders.
Hartman has focused on broadcast and digital mergers and strategic acquisitions for more than 25 years, advising on industry transactions spanning television, radio, advertising, and digital infrastructure.
Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Famer 2024 honoree Staab oversees NBCUniversal Local’s 50 media properties, a multi-platform portfolio that spans NBC and Telemundo-owned stations, regional sports networks, and streaming channels. The Texas native first joined NBCUniversal as President in 2011 and was appointed chairman in 2022.
