
Cumulus Media Detroit announced the promotion of broadcast journalist Marie Osborne to Director of Community Affairs & News for News/Talk station News Talk 760 (WJR-AM). She previously worked as a Senior News Analyst for the station.
Osborne has spent 20 of her 40 years in broadcasting at WJR. She has earned three Edward R. Murrow Awards for excellence in broadcast and digital journalism, along with a national Headliner Award, the Neal Shine Award for Media Commitment to Philanthropy, and multiple honors from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters and the Associated Press.
