Renda Media Jacksonville has promoted Brian Jordan, formerly the Assistant Program Director, to Director of Programming. A Jacksonville native with over 15 years at the company, Jordan has held several roles including Air Talent and Production Director.
He has also served as Production Director and on-air host for middays on 99.9 Gator Country (WGNE) and nights on 96.1 WEJZ. Before Renda, Jordan worked at Cox Media Group Jacksonville’s 95.1 WAPE from 2002 to 2006.
He officially assumes his new duties on April 26.
Jordan said, “I’m looking forward to keeping the momentum going for both stations and continuing to work with our incredible staff members.”
Renda Media Jacksonville General Manager Bill Berry remarked, “Brian has earned this opportunity. He has done an excellent job over these past few years, and I am very excited for him.”
