The Brooklyn Nets announced on Tuesday that the team has renewed its radio broadcasting deal with Audacy New York’s WFAN. While the duration and financial terms of the extension remain undisclosed, this marks the 20th season the Nets and WFAN have been partners.

Chris Carrino will return for his 22nd season of play-by-play, joined in the booth once again by his longtime broadcast partner Tim Capstraw.

Brooklyn Nets fans can look forward to the upcoming season, with the team’s first game against the Cleveland Cavaliers scheduled for October 25 at the Barclays Center. The two will get to work on Nets’ Media Day, scheduled for October 2, immediately followed by the start of training camp on October 3.

BSE Global EVP of Marketing Andrew Karson said, “The Brooklyn Nets are thrilled to extend our longstanding partnership with WFAN. WFAN is the home of New York sports and our flagship station for the last 20 seasons. We look forward to our fans enjoying Brooklyn Nets basketball on WFAN for years to come.”

Audacy New York Market President Chris Olivero added, “For two decades, WFAN and the Nets have been committed to bringing fans the very best NBA coverage in town. The passion for the Brooklyn brand is unique and we are proud to continue to be the soundtrack for the Nets as another season is about to tip off.”
