Results Radio, LLC has successfully closed its sale of radio station 101.5 K-Hits (KCCL) in Woodland, California, to Lazer Broadcasting Company. The brokerage services for this transaction were provided by Kalil & Co., Inc. The sale price was previously reported at $1.9 million.
Results Radio, headed by Jack Fritz, owns radio stations in other California cities, including Redding, Chico, and Yuba City. Lazer Broadcasting Company, led by Alfredo Plascencia, owns radio stations in 18 California markets and one in Nevada. Alfredo expressed the goal of expanding coverage in the Sacramento community with the acquisition of KCCL.
