Jade Alexander has been named the morning host at Cox Media Group’s WFLC (97.3 FM, Hits) in Miami.
Alexander is known in the South Florida market for her years as an on-air host and television entertainment reporter.
“I’ve not only grown up in South Florida, I’ve grown up with the extraordinarily supportive, fiercely loyal, ‘sit down and have a Cafecito with me even though we just met’ community that it is,” Alexander said in a statement. “Being able to continue to share our lives together, from the very building that I cracked open the mic for the first time in my career, is a mind-blowing gift. This Miami girl is beyond excited to be a part of ‘The Rhythm of Miami’ on Hits 97.3 and to work with a team that embraces the vibrancy of our city that spills over into three area codes.”
