WayFM content leader Faron Dice has been promoted. The Chief Content Officer is moving up to VP of Ministry where he will focus solely on outreach initiatives.
“Faron is the architect of these efforts over his 18 years with WayFM,” said Tim Dukes, COO. ” Having him specialize on them moving forward is crucial to achieving our aggressive ministry goals over the next decade, which include praying with 1,000,000 people per year by 2030.”
Other New Year changes include the addition of Ron Harrell as Vice-President of Brand and Content. He assumes leadership over on-air, digital, and marketing initiatives. In conjunction with the two new appointments, WayFM PD Todd Stach is leaving after three and a half years.
