Hubbard Radio Chicago’s WTMX-FM raised $119,140 during Holiday Hugs for Kids, a year-end fundraising campaign for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital.
Holiday Hugs for Kids ran from November 30 to December 20. WTMX Director of Marketing Dave Karwowski said, “It’s great to see the impact radio can make locally to assist a world-class facility like Lurie Children’s Hospital through our Mix Kids campaign.”
Holiday Hugs for Kids was part of MIX Kids, a year-long effort to raise awareness and funds for Lurie Children’s Hospital. In total, MIX Kids generated $158,545 for Lurie Children’s Hospital.
