Edgar “Showboy” Sotelo made the announcement on his Instagram account Friday that Entercom is taking KAMP-FM in L.A. in a different direction and he’s not part of that. Here’s what he said about the company and to his listeners.
“I want to thank them for the time that I was there. Most importantly, I’m BEYOND GRATEFUL for YOU that listened every morning. I will always consider you my familia. Please keep supporting my friends at Amp Radio. I wish them the best.
Before moving to L.A., Sotelo hosted mornings at WBMP in New York. He was born in Mexico, raised in Southern California and has won a Marconi.
