Winter Park, Florida, police have charged 59-year-old Rev. Bryan Fulwider with 30 counts of sexual battery of a minor. Fulwider is the co-host of Friends Talking Faith, an independent program that was airing on WMFE-FM in Orlando. (NOTE:The station tells Radio Ink this show has been put on hiatus).
Fulwider also served for 13 years, until 2012, as Senior Pastor at First Congregational Church of Winter Park. The assaults allegedly occurred between 2005 and 2010 while he was serving the church.
Police say the victim disclosed the alleged assaults this week and Fulwider was arrested. He is being held without bail.
