The team at The Splendid Table now has a weekly Weeknight Kitchen e-newsletter that offers practical but delicious recipes. In addition, The Splendid Table is taking it a step further with the Weeknight Kitchen podcast, hosted by New York Times food columnist and reporter Melissa Clark.
Each week, Clark will guide listeners through a recipe made for weeknight kitchens. A frequent contributor to The Splendid Table, Clark will bring listeners into her own home to share these recipes and give them the inspiration they need to whip up a weeknight dinner and actually enjoy it.
