Triton Digital has acquired the Melbourne-based company, Omny Studio, which was launched in 2015. Omny Studio is an audio management solution for podcasters, which includes hosting, editing, analytics and other features. The company says its customers include Cumulus, Entercom, Mediacorp, Southern Cross Austereo, Corus Entertainment, Mashable and others.
