The Detroit station has added the Drew & Mike Show to its weekend lineup, broadcasting every Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.–11 a.m.

The Drew & Mike Show, which was the dominant show in the Detroit market for decades, co-hosted by the late Mike Clark, will feature content previously heard on the Drew & Mike Podcast which premiered in May of 2016. Topics of discussion will include music, sports, politics, pop culture, and issues centered around Detroit.

“We are excited to bring the legendary Drew & Mike Show back to Detroit,” said Paul Corvino, Region President for iHeartMedia Detroit. “The show and its hosts have held a special place in the Detroit community for many years and we feel it aligns perfectly with the wide range of content and programming that we offer to our listeners on 106.7 WLLZ.”

  1. I don’t see how podcast reruns with a supporting cast of flunkies (mostly losers who were fired by Detroit Sports 105.1 – one of the worst performing radio stations in Detroit market history) will be appealing to the rock audience.

Truth be told – Drew Lane isn’t very entertaining without Mike Clark.

  2. GREAT PLAN – Let’s stay current with weekend programming done by the dead host! KQRS has a weekend talent that goes by “Dead Eric” – and he’s WAAAAYYYYY more current than this program!!
