CEO Bill Wilson makes the announcement that Alyssa Goldberg is promoted to Senior Vice President for Human Resources. Goldberg has been with Townsquare for the past five years after working for Phillips Consumer Goods, Viacom and World Wrestling Entertainment.
In a company-wide memo Wilson said nothing is more important than the people who make up the Townsquare Team. “We do not manufacture anything, we do not have a special technology, but rather our success is 100% tied to our people. For these reasons “You Matter” is #1 on our new wallet card. We need each member of our team to know their role, their responsibilities, their goals and in return it is our obligation and commitment to each of you to provide the tools, training, empowerment and anything else you need to achieve success.”
