The Company has signed a new employment agreement with Bob Philips which has him continuing as Chief Revenue Officer and Regional President through December 31, 2020. The agreement automatically renews from year to year unless either side gives sixty days notice to terminate. Philips will be paid $525,000 with 2% annual increases, and is eligible for a performance bonus of $300,000 per year.
