The Sandy Show will be delivered to stations Monday through Friday and can be used in morning drive or other dayparts, and with any music format. The show’s content will be delivered so affiliates can create their own daily customized shows.
Sandy McIlree, the show’s creator and anchor, has been an on-air radio morning show personality for nearly three decades. He is probably best known as half of The JB and Sandy Show, which aired on KAMX (Mix 94.7) Austin for 17 years, in morning drive. McIlree was named Austin’s Best Radio Personality by The Austin Chronicle five times and nominated for induction into the Texas Radio Hall of Honor.
He is joined on the show by his wife, Tricia, and Autumn Boukadakis. Tricia has been a regular contributor on McIlree’s radio shows for years. Autumn is Tricia’s best friend, a millennial, single, and a trained pianist and singer-songwriter. For several years, she was a regular sidekick to McIlree on his KAMX Austin show.
