FCC Working To Eliminate Paper

Broadcast attorney David Oxenford points out in his latest blog that the FCC released a draft order that proposes to eliminate the requirement that stations file certain contracts relating to ownership and control with the Commission. The new rules would require stations to either make the documents available in its online public file, or make available a list of the required documents in the online public file, with the documents provided within seven days to anyone who requests them.
