Cumulus Top 40 WYRG (Energy 93.9, Indianapolis) welcomes Robert “Sid” Sidloski as its new Program Director, effective August 6.
Operations Manager “Boomer,” said, “In seeking the next leader for WYRG I had the opportunity to speak with several skilled programmers from around the country, most with career credentials that would certainly be suitable for the role of program director. However, I kept coming back to Sid’s positive attitude and seemingly relentless drive and determination to succeed in this situation, along with his vision for the brand to pursue and achieve aggressive success right away. Sid has an understanding of our obstacles and has shared impressive plans to seize upon our opportunities here in Indianapolis. I’m absolutely looking forward to seeing his leadership in action as Program Director of Energy 93.9.”
Sidloski added, “I am beyond thrilled to join Cumulus Indianapolis. After I met with their amazing staff it was a no-brainer that I beg Boomer for the opportunity to join forces.
