A one-page document was filed with the court yesterday by judge James Whittemore directed both sides back into mediation. Nielsen and Bubba’s representatives must meet with the judge today to schedule that mediation.
The start of Bubba’s ratings tampering trial has been delayed several times. It was expected to begin July 23rd. The allegations first came to light back in 2015. This may be one last ditch effort by the judge to get both sides to work things out and avoid going to trial. Mediation has been tried before and has not worked.
