Report: Television Facing Tough Times

Here’s some ammunition when you hear the constant complaints that nobody listens to the radio anymore. The New York Times has a long story worth reading (or forwarding to your advertisers) about the challenges facing Television.

Ratings and revenue are declining, especially among young people, some of whom don’t even own televisions. Devices and apps used to watch shows are confusing. And content on YouTube, Facebook and Netflix are giving traditional Television a run for its money. Take a look at the article HERE

  1. When you say television, over the air television is not the issue. It is all the networks on cable. I roll through 250 channels and still can’t find anything worth watching. Cable is not television as much as they would like to pretend they are.
