Doug Harvill is the new Market Manager for Cumulus’ six stations in San Francisco. Harvill joins Cumulus after running CBS Radio’s cluster of stations in San Francisco for 12 years. Harvill was CBS Radio’s Market Manager in Sacramento for nine years before that.
