CMG Tampa has announced the debut of The Soul Brother Kevin Show on 102.5 The Bone. The show will air weeknights from 6 to 9 p.m. Soul Brother Kevin, aka “SBK,” began his radio career in 2001 and has been entertaining central Florida listeners for more than a decade. Kevin joined 102.5 The Bone in 2015 as co-host for the popular Drew Garabo LIVE! afternoon drive show. In that role, SBK helped develop a loyal fan base that will now join him for The Soul Brother Kevin Show.
“Kevin is a dynamic and special radio talent,” said John Brennan, Director of Branding and Programming for CMG Tampa. “He has strong opinions and is unbelievably funny — the most important tools needed to host on 102.5 The Bone. I’m very excited to hear him on the host mic.”
“This time last year I was awaiting a lifesaving kidney transplant,” said SBK. “Fast forward 11 months — I have a new kidney, a new life and my own radio show. What’s better than that!”
