Richards will oversee programming duties for the cluster’s six stations: KRXQ-FM, KKDO-FM, KUDL-FM, KSEG-FM, KSFM-FM, and KIFM-AM. Richards takes over programming duties from Jim Fox, who was recently named Vice President of Music Programming at Entercom Dallas. Richards has held Operations Manager positions at Entercom Kansas City, as well as at iHeart Media in both Houston and Dallas. He was most recently National Operations Manager at Townsquare Media.

Please digest the above words, then explain exactly how one person can competently complete the duties required. No slight on Mr. Richards but he cannot be that good or efficient in programming skills and, if he was, there are not enough hours in a day to complete what’s required to “program” six stations.
What’s truly amazing is how no person in an executive suite will address this problem.
