Marketron Sold. Collins Replaces Haley as CEO

Media software company Marketron has been purchased by Private Equity Firm Diversis Capital. The company named marketing technology leader Michael Collins (pictured) as its new CEO, replacing Jeff Haley. Haley has been CEO since leaving the RAB as CEO in 2012, and will remain on the Marketron Board.

Collins, formerly CEO of Adelphic, a demand-side platform company acquired by Time last year. Prior to Adelphic, Collins founded and led Joule, WPP’s global mobile advertising agency network.

Previous owner, BlackRock Capital, will remain involved with Marketron as an investor.
