Point Broadcasting out of Ventura, CA, has shuffled its management team. Brian Davis, Chip Ehrhardt, Marissa Garcia, and Miles Sexton are all involved in the changes. Here are the details.
Brian Davis, who has served for the past several years as EVP of Operations and Programming, is elevated to the position of COO. In addition to his new responsibilities as COO, Davis will continue to oversee the operations and programming of the company’s 28 radio stations in the Southern California Region.
Chip Ehrhardt, who has spent the majority of his career in various sales management positions with the company, has been named EVP of Sales for the entire enterprise. In addition to his current duties of overseeing the National Sales efforts, he will now oversee Local Sales operations in each of the company’s markets.
Marissa Garcia has been appointed Executive Vice President. She will also continue to hold the title of Human Resources Director and now adds responsibility for coordinating with the other executives to develop strategies and policies to help reach the company’s business goals.
Longtime Chief Operating and Development Officer Miles Sexton transitions to the newly created role of President Emeritus and becomes a consultant and will also handle strategic growth projects for the company.
