WGN Radio Gets Its SNL On In Chi-Town

WGN Radio has announced it will do a series of live broadcasts from the “Saturday Night Live: The Experience” exhibition inside the Museum of Broadcast Communications at 360 North State Street in Chicago. The series will begin on Tuesday, November 21 with The Steve Cochran Show from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Cochran’s guests will include former SNL cast members Nora Dunn, Tim Kazurinsky, and Julia Sweeney. Later in January and February, The Bill and Wendy Show (10 a.m. to Noon), The John Williams Show (1 p.m. to 3 p.m.), and The Roe Conn Show with Anna Davlantes (3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) will follow suit. WGN Radio will also offer tickets to listeners to attend the broadcasts and experience the exhibit.

Chicago marks the second stop for the 12,000-square-foot exhibit’s national tour, which opened on October 21 and is scheduled to remain at the Museum of Broadcast Communications for 14 months.
