Up until now, when Entercom had been providing shareholders details about the merger (and filing documents with the SEC) the date for the special shareholder meeting has been left blank. Not anymore. Entercom has set November 15 for this special meeting, which will be held at Hotel Sofitel in Philadelphia at 10 a.m. At that meeting shareholders will be asked to vote on the merger between Entercom and CBS Radio.
