Syracuse radio station WAER inducted three prominent alumni into its Hall of Fame on Wednesday, September 13.  Galaxy President and CEO Ed Levine was inducted alongside famed sportscaster Marv Albert and investigative reporter Scott MacFarlane.

Levine said, “WAER is where it all started. It’s where my love for radio was realized, where I met my wife (Pam), and where Craig Fox, Ted Utz, and I formulated the plan to start WAQX, which was my first real job in radio. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of a class that includes Scott MacFarlane and the great Marv Albert.”

WAER, once a student-run radio station, is a public radio station based at Syracuse University.
