The Denver Post has the details of the investigation KYGO General Manager Bob Call conducted following the alleged assault on Taylor Swift. Call testified that there were three things that convinced him Mueller did what Swift’s team accused him of. Call fired Mueller three days after the groping allegation back in 2013. Here’s what Call told the court.

Call said the first convincing piece of evidence was the picture. He said the picture showing him grinning, with his hand clearly positioned behind her rear end. Call also said he trusted the word of Swift’s manager Frank Bell, who told him this incident took place. And, Call said he knows Mueller changed his story about the incident along the way, so that also played a part in his decision. He said at first Mueller told him the incident never happened, then he said if he did touch her it was an accident.
