The co-host of the XLO Morning Show on 104.5 WXLO in Worcester, MA, has been recognized as “Best Radio Personality” in Worcester Magazine’s Best of Worcester 2017 special issue, out this month. Winners are determined by readers’ votes. Carter has been co-host of the show since 2000, and is active in the community through charitable organizations, including MetroWest, the Humane Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the Shine Initiative. WXLO has been honored by the magazine as Best of Worcester “Radio Station of the Year” in the past.
