In a big night for the company, iHeartMedia received 11 Stevie® Awards at the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in Las Vegas, NV, on February 24. The awards honor companies that set the industry’s highest standards of excellence for sales, business development, contact centers, and customer service.
iHeart’s awards were: Gold — National Sales Team of the Year, Sales Management Team of the Year, Award for Innovation in Sales, and Best Use of Technology in Sales; Silver — Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year category; and, Bronze — Sales Support Team of the Year, Sales Training or Education Leader of the Year for Melanie Eakin, National Sales Executive of the Year for William Criswell, Sales Director of the Year for Shawn Winters, Sales Manager of the Year for Marcus Cash, and Sales Representative of the Year for Jeffrey Croy.
