On the air yesterday, Finebaum was in the middle of a conversation with a caller when it appeared he lost his place, the caller even saying Finebaum was “not very talkative.” The caller continued, “Stay with me, Paul, I’m trying to work with you.” Finebaum quickly sent the show to commercial and when it returned it was Peter Burns sitting in. We reached out to Finebaum yesterday and asked him how he was doing. He said, “Thanks so much. Feel better. Just a fever and I should have stayed home.”
