Taylor Swift provided her account of what happened at a meet-and-greet in Denver where she’s accused former KYGO host David “Jackson” Mueller (pictured here) of groping her as they took a picture.
TMZ reports in her deposition Swift said, “As soon as he grabbed my a**, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say, ‘Thanks for coming,’ which is what I say to everybody. It was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality.”
TMZ says Swift made it clear the grab happened completely underneath her clothing: “He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my a** right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional. That would be the time he would choose to do it.”
Mueller claims he was fired after Taylor Swift falsely accused him of groping her at a 2013 concert meet-and-greet. Mueller says Swift slandered him. Swift filed her own lawsuit against Mueller for assault and battery in October. She says a sexual assault was committed against her and Mueller is the person who committed the act. Mueller claims former PD Eddie Haskell was the one who groped Swift not him.
In the old days, she would have just turned around and slapped the sh*t out of him, the radio station gm would have fired him and apologized to her, and that would have been that.
