Baldwin, who was Executive Vice President of Hall Communications, passed away after a six-year battle with cancer. He was 73 years. Baldwin joined Hall in 1974 and was still employed by the company at the time of his death.

He became Vice President/General Manager of the Hall radio stations in Lancaster, PA in 1982. In 2003 he was named Senior VP of Hall Communications, Inc. and in 2012, Baldwin was named Executive Vice President and Group Manager for the company. That same year, the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters named him Broadcaster of the Year.

“Bill’s contribution to our company is immeasurable,” said Hall Communications CEO Bonnie Hall Rowbotham. “He inspired us in so many ways and the Hall family will never be the same without him. We send our deepest condolences to Bill’s wife Fran, Billy, and the entire Baldwin family.”

Baldwin is survived by his wife Fran, four children and eight grandchildren.
