Warren Zimmerman is withdrawing as co-counsel for Bubba The Love Sponge in Bubba’s ratings tampering case. The Todd Foster Law Group is representing Bubba and Zimmerman is no longer an associate at that firm. Zimmerman says, in a court filing, that he’s notified both sides of his plan to leave the case and says it should not delay the case. Foster has been the lead counsel for Bubba in this case.
