Listeners of Greater Media’s WMMR in Philadelphia can now find the station’s new mobile app in the Apple CarPlay ecosystem. PD Bill Weston said, “We’re so excited to give our fans convenient arm’s length access to the live stream, all of Preston & Steve’s podcasts and the station’s archives and on-demand content. Seeing the WMMR icon up on the dash with the other CarPlay enabled apps is a thrill. It’s also reassuring we’re in a very good position as the in-car audio experience evolves.” The release is part of jacapps’ “App EverywhereSM” offerings for radio broadcasters.
