Community Broadcasters is putting a new CHR format on a translator at 107.1 in Olean, NY. The station, WHDL, will also be heard on 1450-AM after the company decided to dump out of ESPN and simulcast the music station. The format will feature artists such as Justin Timberlake, Pink, Twenty One Pilots, and Adele; mornings will be anchored by the nationally syndicated Kidd Kraddick Show.
