Bruce Collins is taking up the role of Talk Operations Manager over Alpha Media Portland’s KXL, KXTG, KUFO, and Radio Northwest Network. Most recently, Collins served as News/Talk/Sports Format Captain for iHeart Media, as well as a Program Director. Over the years, he has also worked in the programming department at 700WLW and 55KRC in Cincinnati, as well as Oklahoma City, Nashville, Atlanta, Columbus, Ohio, McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen, and Baton Rouge, LA.
Alpha Media Executive VP of Programming, Scott Mahalick commented on the announcement, “Bruce is a star programmer and talent mentor with a great sense of news, sports, and entertainment. He is the perfect fit for our talk brands in Portland.”
