There’s a new classic rocker in California’s capital as iHeartMedia debuts “107.1 The Brew.” The station is heard on FM, on the HD2 channel for adult hits 93.7 Jack FM, and via iHeartRadio. The Brew will play music nonstop and commercial-free for at least 10,000 songs in a row, featuring classic rock pillars like Metallica, AC/DC, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, and Motley Crue. Premiere’s Nikki Sixx will be heard weekdays 7 p.m.-midnight and Dee Snider’s House of Hair will air Saturdays 9 p.m.-midnight.

“I’ve worked in Sacramento for the past 20 years, some of those at rock stations,” iHeartMedia Sacramento Market President Sara McClure said. “107.1 The Brew will be a breath of fresh air for rock fans that want more rock music in the morning, but also great rock from the ’80s and ’90s that isn’t wimpy. 107.1 The Brew really rocks!”
