Director of Creative Services Tom Couch has been let go by the Hubbard station, according to The Chicagoland Radio and Media Blog. The reason was budget cuts. Couch wrote on his Facebook page, “Well, it was a good, almost 15 year run, but my time at WDRV in Chicago is up. Budget issues necessitated staff cutbacks, and I was one who was cut. Thanks to Greg Solk and everyone at the Drive. It was a great ride. Onward and Upward.”
