Townsquare Ad Revenue Flat in Q3



There’s a lot to unjumble in the Townsquare earnings report but the bottom line on local ad revenue was that it was up $600K or .7% to $79.6 million. Other Media and Entertainment net revenue increased $4.1 million, or 55.8%, to $11.5 million, driven mostly by digital. CEO Steven Price says with 2.5 million consumers in the Townsquare database, scale across web, social, mobile and digital, along with data on its audience, Townsquare was able to secure its first ever seven figure digital only advertisertising partnership. In markets measured by Miller Kaplan, Townsquare grew revenue by 4.3% in markets that were down 1.2%.
