Jeana Shepard has been appointed the midday host on the New KMLE @ 107.9 in Phoenix. Shepard will be heard weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 8.

Katerina Perez has held senior leadership positions throughout Florida, Virginia and Washington State. She's spent a good chunk of her radio career with iHeartMedia and Entercom has now hired her as GSM in South Florida. Perez is now responsible for generating revenue for Miami’s 104.3 The Shark / WSFS-FM and The Ticket / WAXY-AM.

Congratulations to a good friend of Radio Ink and one of the nicest people in the radio business today. Buzz Knight has been promoted to SVP of Program Development at Greater Media. Buzz has been with the company for nearly 15 years now. Knight oversees programming development for all of Greater Media’s radio properties.

Katy Lollis advances from GSM to D.O.S. at Beasley's Fayetteville, NC market which has six stations. Market Manager Mac Edwards said, “Katy has been a valued employee of our company for nearly a decade."

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman will headline SportsRadio 94WIP’s Wing Bowl 24 on Friday, February 5 at the Wells Fargo Center. Wing Bowl has become a celebrated annual radio event.

After taking some time to try his hand as marketing director for Six Bends Harley Davidson in Fort Myers, Jeff Hickox is back in radio with Beasley Broadcasting. Hickox had been with Beasley for two decades, mainly on the air, before the move to Harley.
