Joshua Flemming has been hired as the Director of New Business Development for Powell Broadcasting's cluster in Panama City, which includes WKNK, WPFM, WRBA, and WASJ. Flemming will be responsible for the creation and execution of NTR programs, revenue development expansion on air, onsite, and digitally with Powell's in-house iCast Interactive division.

Longtime radio programming and operations executive Kris Abrams is the new Director/Partner Integration at Futuri Media. Reporting to Sr. VP/Operations Todd Thomas, Kris will work directly with client stations on implementing Futuri’s platforms at local stations domestically and internationally.

Greg Janoff has returned to CBS Radio in New York as Director, News Sales. In this new role, he will oversee all sales for both 1010 WINS and WCBS Newsradio 880. Janoff last worked in sales management at 1010 WINS back in 2009 before heading off to work at My Damn Channel. He also worked for Randy Michaels at Merlin Media for about two years before joining Townsquare as Regional Vice President for the past three years.

Alpha Media Portland, OR, announced that MoJoe Roberts will become the Program Director and afternoon host for 98.7 The Bull. A product of the great Northwest, Roberts has held various programming and on-air roles over the past two decades.

Lance Tidwell is the new Cluster Operations Manager for Cumulus' seven-station cluster and Chiefs Radio Network in Kansas City. He'll also program KCMO Talk Radio 710/103.7. Tidwell was SVPP for iHeartMedia in San Antonio and Tucson. Prior to that he was PD for Clear Channel’s WWYZ-FM in Hartford/New Haven.

Veteran investigative reporter Kate Howard, has been hired by WFPL’s Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting (KyCIR). She will begin her position on April 11, 2016. Howard worked as a news reporter for nearly five years at The Tennessean, covering crime, courts and transportation.

Johnny Maze is the new PD for Adams Radio Group's WZBH “The Beach” and WGBG “Big Classic Rock” in Salisbury-Ocean City. Maze will also host the PM Drive shift on WGBG.

Tommy McFLY, host of The Tommy Show on CBS’s 94.7 Fresh FM in Washington D.C., has been selected for the fifth year in a row to Emcee the annual White House Easter Egg Roll for 2016.

Cox Media Group (CMG) San Antonio has named J.R. Jaus as the new morning show co-host on Y100, alongside Beth Chandler. Jaus was previously with CMG’s WWKA K92.3 in Orlando. Jaus has been in radio for over a decade going back to his first gig at 19.

Westwood One makes the announcement that country artist Terri Clark will begin hosting the four-hour Classic Country show Country Gold, beginning the weekend of April 9-10, 2016. She takes over for Randy Owen who has hosted the show for the past four years. Most recently, Clark was co-host on America’s Morning Show with Blair Garner. Country Gold airs on more than 100 stations.
