Price plans to focus on other interests within the company though. He plans to launch a new sports show with Rick Hamada on sister station FOX Sports 990 that will air on Saturdays at 11 a.m.

Gutierrez is promoted to CFO at CBS Local Digital Media. Gutierrez has served as Senior VP of Business Operations for the group since 2011. He adds more responsibilities, including a stronger role in strategy.

iHeartMedia has announced that Bree Wagner has been named the Assistant Program Director and Music Director for KASE 101 and 98.1 KVET, and will assume midday duties at 98.1 KVET in Austin, effective immediately. Wagner takes on these new duties in addition to her current role of Assistant Program Director and Music Director for San Antonio’s KAJA and KRPT, and midday host at KAJA.

Scripps Radio Tulsa has hired Steve Hunter as the new operations manager for the station cluster, including KVOO, KHTT, KXBL, KBEZ, and KFAQ, effective immediately. Hunter spent the past 22 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as the operations manager for Cox Media Group.

WUSF Public Media has announced the hiring of Cathy Carter as lead education reporter and Julio Ochoa as editor of Health News Florida. Carter will be responsible for leading WUSF’s education coverage. Ochoa comes to WUSF from The Tampa Tribune.

Aaron D. Criswell has been named Director of Sales for Adams Radio of Las Cruces. Adams owns and operates KGRT FM (Country), KSNM FM (Classic Hits), KHQT FM (Hot 103), and KWML AM (Fox Sports) in Las Cruces. Criswell began his career in Broadcast Media in 2000.
