Matthew Siegel Joins CBS Radio As CFO
As CBS Radio prepares to spin off from CBS Corp., Matthew Siegel joins the company as chief financial officer. He was most recently co-CFO and treasurer for Time Warner during its merger with Charter Communications; before that he was senior VP and treasurer for TWC. CBS Radio President Andre Fernandez said Siegel's "broad financial experience serving top media organizations will help position us for continued success."
Two Senior Execs Upped At Total Traffic & Weather
Jack Dunkle has been elevated to Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales, while Roger Nadel has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Affiliate Operations. Both promotions are effective immediately, and both executives will report to Julie Talbott, President of Premiere Networks.
Steve Fisher Leaving Entercom
CEO David Field's CFO is staying on through the end of his emplyment agreement which runs through the end of February. According to an SEC filing, the 64 year old will then step down and provide consultative services to the Company. Fletcher Picked To Program Alt 104.9 St. Louis
Dustin Fletcher takes the programming reins at iHeartMedia's Alt 104.9, starting December 6. He arrives from Richmond, where he was PD/midday host at iHeart's XL102 and 96.1 The Planet. He's also worked at stations in Boston, Savanna, and Knoxville. Fletcher will report to A.J., SVP/programming for iHeartMedia St. Louis, who said, "It is a privilege to welcome Fletcher to St. Louis for oversight of The New Alt 104.9."
CBS News Radio’s Harvey Nagler To Retire
In a memo to staff, CBS News VP/Radio Harvey Nagler said this is the "right time to sign off," and that he will be retiring to move into consulting work. His last day at CBS will be January 6. Nagler writes, "I feel very confident that I am leaving our network in the most capable of hands."

Westwood One COO Charles Steinhauer has created a centralized operational group with the changes effective immediately. The company is integrating the Business Operations and Research Teams and, as part of the restructure, the company has promoted Tim Seymour to SVP, Operations.

The Portland station (KWEE) is bringing in Promotion Director StarChile, On-Air Talent Sara G., and Producer/Mixer DJ Heat. StarChile is a prominent figure on the Portland Hip Hop scene and joins KWEE after a stint with KXJM. Sarah Gilmore is a master socialite of the Portland scene and was Miss Black Oregon 2015. DJ Heat has spent the last six years with WBLK.

Rob Johnson is the new midday host on WOCQ (OC104). Johnson makes the move to Delmarva, MD, after spending seven years doing afternoon drive on WJKS/KISS 101.7 in Philadelphia. He began his career in radio in WQBT in Savannah, GA.
