Al Payne has been named as the new PD for 105.1 The Bounce/Detroit’s Throwback Hip Hop and R&B station. Payne most recently served as the Director of Urban Programming at Alpha Media’s WGHL, WGZB, and WMJM in Louisville.

Funnyman Tony Roberts is bringing his comedy chops to the Bay Area to co-host The Morning Dream Team with Tony Sco and Kimmie Taylor on KBLX-FM, weekdays, 6-10 a.m. PST.

NBC Sports Radio announced that Mike Tirico, the newest member of NBC Sports Group’s on-air lineup, will be joining the network as an NFL commentator this football season.

Chris Carrillo is the new VP/GM of SBS Los Angeles, taking over operations at KLAX-FM (97.9FM LA RAZA) and KXOL-FM (Mega 96.3FM), LaMusica. Carrillo had previously held various managerial positions at SBS for ten years including GSM, LSM and AE. Carrillo also worked as an AE at iHeart in Los Angeles.

The company says it's conducting a nationwide search to replace Peroyea who was the VP of Operations and GM for the Salem Dallas cluster.
