CMG in Miami is bringing Michael Baisden and his syndicated afternoon show to afternoon drive on Hot 105 as of Monday. Baisden was on Hot 105 from 2007 to 2013. SuperRadio is syndicating the program in collaboration with American Urban Radio Network and Perry Broadcasting. Cox's KISS in Atlanta is the flagship station.

Beasley makes the announcement that Allyson Hillman is the new D.O.S. for its Southwest Florida cluster. Hillman served in management for 10 years in Detroit radio and relocated to Southwest Florida from Savannah-Hilton Head.

The RAB has created a new position and promoted Tiffiney Wyatt (left) to Business Development & Insights Associate. Wyatt has been with the RAB for more than 17 years. And joining the Membership team is Rita Landells as Member Response Manager. Landells has worked for ABC TV, CBS TV Local Media, MTV Networks, Spike TV, and iHeartMedia in Dallas.

Lake Charles Louisiana Top 40 outlet "Hot 103.3/KBIU-FM" has picked up The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show.

iHeartMedia has hired Todd “Carson” Zarnitz as PM Drive host for KKRZ, Z100 Portland and KPWK, Power 93.3 Seattle. Zarnitz spent over five years at iHeartMedia Philadelphia as an AE.

And that name is Debbie Pretzello. The award is for the company’s top sales producer for the 2016 calendar year. This is the fourth time Pretzello, Senior Account Executive for Beasley’s Augusta Market, has won the award.

Country music star Trisha Yearwood will open CRS 2017 with a performance of the national anthem at the Omni Nashville on Wednesday, February 22 at 3 p.m. CT. The platinum-selling, multiple Grammy, CMA- and ACM-winning artist is one of country music's most popular performers.

At least that’s how they see the return of Dave “Dr. Dave” Gross to the airwaves in Dayton. And according to the Springfield News-Sun Gross actually was pretty big-time in the ‘80s. “I was the first DJ to play this music in the market, and sometimes in the country,” Gross said.

The Chicago-based talker will be joining the network lineup in the 9 p.m. to midnight ET timeslot. He'll replace Steve Deace, February 20. The former Congressman also hosts the 5-7 p.m. slot on Salem-owned WIND-AM 560 The Answer. Walsh will continue to host the local show, which he's been doing since 2013.

After being fired back in May by Hubbard as the Senior VP of Programming and Operations overseeing seven markets, CBS Radio has hired Greg Solk to program rocker 93XRT (WXRT-FM) and Classic Hits station KHits (WJMK-FM). He'll also be Operations Manager.
